What this service is

Load Watcher is a Chrome extension that monitors DAT One loads against your criteria and reaches out to the broker on your behalf: it calls through your GoTo Connect account or sends an email from your Gmail.

We are not a broker, a carrier, or a dispatch service and we are not a party to your deals. The decision to take a load is always yours.

Subscription and billing

• Plans: 1 lane — $99/mo, up to 5 lanes — $299/mo, up to 10 lanes — $499/mo. Paid a year ahead, each plan costs at least 10% less per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically — every month, or every year if that is the billing period you chose — until you cancel it.
• Cancel anytime; access lasts through the end of the paid period.
• Without an active subscription the extension switches to view-only mode: your settings stay visible, but no calls or emails go out.

Account and device

An account is your email, bound to a single install of the extension. There are no passwords: the device binding is the lock. The same email won't work from another computer — support handles transfers, and your subscription, settings, and history move along with the account.

Data we store

• Your account email and the install identifier.
• A copy of your settings and lanes — to restore them after a reinstall and to let support troubleshoot.
• Daily counters of calls and emails — never the contents of your conversations or messages.
• GoTo Connect access tokens — encrypted at rest.

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Everything can be deleted on request to support.

Third-party services

The service requires your own DAT One, Gmail, and GoTo Connect accounts. Their availability and rules are governed by those services; we are not responsible for changes in how they operate.

Intellectual Property

Load Watcher, including its underlying methods, source code, matching logic, and user interface, is proprietary technology protected under applicable copyright and trade secret law. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, replication of our matching logic, or use of substantially similar functionality by any third party is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor the market and will pursue all available legal remedies, including litigation for copyright or trade secret infringement, against any individual or entity found to be infringing on our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

Load data comes from DAT and brokers — we do not verify its accuracy, do not guarantee the extension will catch every matching load, and are not liable for missed loads or mistaken calls and emails. The service is provided "as is".
